The YUMMIEST Vegan Pizza You Ever Had....


YOU GUYS 😱 I made the most DOPE pizza last night and I have to share it with you! It’s also pretty much completely vegan (except for the pesto - I couldn’t find vegan pesto at my Trader Joes’s...)
Sauté kale, soy chorizo, onions, and garlic in some olive oil just long enough for the kale to be cooked so that it doesn’t burn in the oven.
Top cauliflower crust pizza (courtesy of Trader Joe’s but you can use whatever kind you want) with pesto for the sauce, some more garlic slices, and shredded cheese (I used Trader Joe’s Almond Cheese - it was surprisingly REALLY good).
Add your soy chorizo, kale, onion mixture on top. Finish with a little more cheese and then add black olives. 
Pop in the oven at 450, but keep an eye on it so that it doesn’t burn. The cauliflower crust cooks quickly.
Voila! 🍕


DISCLAIMER: I have since learned the almond cheese is not 100% vegan. You can obviously tweak this recipe to be completely vegan if needed. It will still taste INCREDIBLE.

Egg Roll In A Bowl


So recently, I have decided to transition my diet to more whole and plant based foods. 

I'll let you in on a little's NOT easy. Alright, maybe that's not SO secret....

I found this recipe and seeing as I am trying to cut out the bad stuff (aka chinese food) I thought it might help satisfy those cravings! 

Obviously you can opt for real meat, but I made mine with beefless...beef.


* 2 cups slaw mix (or cabbage if you're feeling fancy)

* 1 cup shredded carrots

* 1 1/2 cups meatless meat (I use the beefless ground beef from Trader Joe's)

* Garlic, Onion, and Salt to season

* Coconut Aminos


I am ALL about easy. brainless cooking and this recipe is DEFINITELY that. Just throw it in a skillet with some olive oil and cook! Obviously this is more exact if you use animal protein...
